As I posited in a previous post I used to be (and still am) obsessed with making money through blogging. I am completely enamored by the thought that I could be the next big internet entrepreneur (and then I come back to reality).
That's not so say that I'm only writing a blog at all to make money (it's true, ssshhhhh don't tell). I like sharing my thoughts and it thrills me when I check my stats and see that 20 people have already read my post since I posted it.
All of this being said, I know a crap ton about making money through blogging. I know a crap ton about affiliate marketing, ppc advertising, CPM advertising, creating communities, SEO, techniques to help a beginning blog prosper, techniques to come up with blog posts, and a whole lot more.
The only problem is that I never ever act on any of the knowledge that I've gained. I spend more time reading about how to blog then I do actually blogging, and that's bad.
Perhaps it's lack of real interest, perhaps it's lack of decent content, perhaps I'm just lazy.
I'm REALLY REALLY good at blogging. In theory.
Blah. This is my 3rd blog post in a day, I'm getting really good at this internet thing.
